Panneerselvam “P.” Madanagopal was appointed Chief Executive Officer of MeitY Startup Hub in November 2024. An innovation and ecosystem leader with 20+ years of experience, he previously served as Vice President & Chief Innovation Officer (and earlier Chief Innovation Officer/Senior Advisor) at T-Hub, where he built corporate innovation programmes, mentored deep-tech founders, and forged industry–academia partnerships. He has also advised large enterprises and high-growth firms on open innovation and product-market acceleration. At MeitY Startup Hub, his agenda emphasises shifting the focus from volume to value, building a national hub-and-spoke support network, and launching regular government–startup demo days to speed public-sector procurement and help promising startups scale in India and abroad.
